Burger King in Giessen

If you like cold cheeseburgers with bacon, you've come to the right place and by cold I also mean cold! Not even lukewarm :-( The meat was dry and the cheese didn't even begin to melt ...

It took ages to order from the drive in. Then you can hardly understand the lady at the counter because the volume of the microphone is at a minimum. After a quarter of an hour I finally arrived at the window, I was asked about my order again because the lady had apparently forgotten my order. It was already clear to us that the drive was really badly regulated. In front of us, an angry customer got out of the running car and complained at the window that some burgers were missing. We also missed the majo for two servings of french fries. My husband's burger was very dry and tasted strange, but I had triple sauce on the burger. NOT TO RECOMMEND !!!

Was passing through here twice and was extremely convinced both times. A great branch!

Better than expected, never more Mc Donalds

Ordered for 30 euros and eaten for 15 euros. It's great that you can bill the order in full, but only put half of the order in the bag. CORRECTLY YOUR INCOMPETENT.

Last snot! Waited 2.5 hours, called several times, nothing! Canceled directly. Never order there again, tip to everyone!

Unfortunately it was a failure again. Were just there and bought various vegetarian / plant-based products when I picked them up. With the Rösti Plant Based we were able to find at home that we had got the normal variant with ham .... The employee was also generally very monosyllabic and seemed to be completely overwhelmed with the work on site. Unfortunately, the invoice and / or napkins weren't included. Unfortunately, the delivery service doesn't look any better either. In our experience, delivery times beyond 1.5 - 2 hours have been the rule here up to now. Lately we have therefore been thinking twice about whether we should eat here at all. It's a shame because the products are otherwise great. But the staff and processes do not work well for my understanding.

As one is used to from BK. The order was at the drive-in, which was quick, smooth and uncomplicated. Redeeming vouchers was also easy. The dishes were freshly prepared and warm. The drinks were made without ice. Everything tasted super good. Just BK.

Totally lost drivers. Essen was over an hour late and was completely cold even though the address was clearly formulated. In addition, the amount for 10 € per person is not reasonable. An absolute cheek. Never before has it been so badly supplied.

Food quality declined over the last 2 months. The staff seems to be constantly struggling with customer orders, even with the more easy ones...quite funny though 😂

It was really delicious, you could sit at every second table ... They adhered to the Corona rules, there was enough disinfectant spray !! I felt safe !!

The restaurant was clean. With my Big King, the roll was probably no longer fresh, a bit hard on top.

I didn't like Burger King before, but now I really like to eat here. The burgers are topped with a lot of things and also look like burgers

I'm pretty sure that this piece of plastic isn't part of a burger in the range. So why do I find it in my burger? (Of course, noticed after biting on it - was painful)

For the first time I am disappointed with Burger King. The food was cold and tasteless, the staff replaced the sandwiches with cold ones. The service is not nice. My last visit to this place.

I love the Coca Cola Freestyle machine 😍 Great invention and there is usually not that much going on. Waiting times and friendliness are fine. Actually, with the best Burger King I know!

Unfortunately not possible to give no stars. Today (September 18, 2020) I ordered from Burger King via Lieferando. Not only that it took twice as long as the delivery time was confirmed, but the great disaster is seen. I've been vegan for 4 years and I really appreciate the new Rebel Whopper. But Burger King Gießen decided against my lifestyle and decision to live vegan and delivered me a regular meat whopper. Since I like to eat the Rebel Whopper and know the difference, I noticed this from the first bite. I immediately felt sick and vomited in disgust. I tried to call the number 0641-93114760 as recommended by Lieferande, but once was busy then the call was rejected and then you let it ring permanently. Since my number was stored in the order and I order more often, I assume that you already knew who was trying to call and why. I am very surprised because I was always served friendly on site. I always have a tip for the delivery driver. I am endlessly disappointed. And see it as a scandal! I can no longer trust Burger King Giessen. Hoped that after all the mistakes that BK made has changed, but unfortunately it was wrong!

By far the worst Burger King I've eaten in. The deterioration began a few years ago when the operator of the BK had apparently changed. The waitresses are mostly unfriendly and annoyed (not all of them, of course) and what I have to complain about the most is that I don't like the food there at all, even though I'm regularly at BK. The burgers / fries are almost always cold and taste like 3 day old socks !! They definitely do not adhere to the standards of BK.

The staff we met that day was so friendly and thoughtful. He helped us to manage the drinks in the takeout bag and save us the trouble of carrying the cups on the way. BK is so much better than KFC.

One terrible employee on the cash

Terrible delivery service.. ordered online and waited for more than an hour.. checked online the delivery status showed it’s delivered even though I didn’t receive the food and had to order from another food joint. The delivery service person did not even call on my phone or ring door bell. Tried calling the number given for delivery issue, no one answered the call. Their burgers magically disappears and they expect their customers to pay for this terrible service even if the customers don’t get their food. Shame !

Cosy place, big variety of drinks, the employers more good enough. When you enter on drive you need to watch out because it's a bit narrow, so you need to take a larger curve before you enter.

There are few shop assistants at the counter and it takes time to place an order. The shop wasn't well cleaned and I felt like there weren't enough staff.
